A magazine focused on literature and culture of South India. A joint publication of the Hyderabad and Mysore centres of the Institute.

In 'Samanvay Dakshin', critical unpublished research articles on literature, art, language, culture, society, education, history, tourism, historical heritage etc. of South India (Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Andaman and Nicobar) and the works of writers, interviews of famous writers etc. are published.
