(A) Hindi Teaching for Foreign Students

The Head Quarter, Agra and Delhi Centre organize following courses for the foreign students under the scheme for Propagation of Hindi Abroad-

The Head Quarter and at its Delhi Centre the following courses have been organized -

  • check-iconPG Diploma in Mass com. and Journalism

The courses (1) to (3) are conducted at Delhi Centre under self-finance scheme.

(A) Teacher Training Programmes for the students of Non Hindi States

The Department of Teacher Education at Headquarter as well as at its regional centres conducts the following two Years Training Programmes (1, 2 & 3) for Hindi Teachers and interested students of Non-Hindi States. The courses are as follows:

    Hindi Shikshan Nishnat - Equivalent to M.Ed. (Agra)

    Hindi Shikshan Parangat - Equivalent to B.Ed. (Agra)

  • check-icon

    Hindi Shikshan Praveen - Equivalent to B.T.C./ D.EI.Ed. (Dimapur Centre)

  • check-icon

    Three year Hindi Teaching Diploma course - This course is organized for starting two years in Dimapur (Nagaland) but the final year students compulsorily visit and stay at Agra Headquarter to complete the aforesaid diploma.

    Intensive Hindi Teaching Training Course (Dimapur)- This one year course is designed for the untrained Hindi Teachers of North-East states.

(B) Distance Teaching Programmes (Self-Financed)

This programme is conducted for the period of two years for the In-service Hindi teachers of Non-Hindi speaking states. This is organized by the Department of Distance Teacher Education at the Headquarter, Agra.

Refresher and Enrichment Programmes

The Institute runs refresher programmes for the teachers of Non-Hindi states in the guidance of Dept. of Orientation and Extension Programmes and Academic Co-coordinator’s office at the Headquarter.

The Dept. of Orientation and Extension Programmes at the Headquarter organizes 30 days language enrichment programme for the students of Government Hindi Teachers Training colleges of Gujarat, Karnataka, Assam, Mizoram and Manipur. The Dept. also runs 21 days orientation programme for Sikkim state in Agra. KHS regional centres conduct orientation programmes for the teachers deputed by the State Govt.
